Which payment methods do you accept?
International customers can pay by card through Stripe or Square (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Customers in Ethiopia can pay through Chapa (Telebirr, CBE Birr, M-Pesa and local cards), by sending directly to our Telebirr merchant number, by bank transfer to CBE, Awash, Dashen or Bank of Abyssinia, or with cash on delivery in selected cities.
How do bank transfer and Telebirr orders work?
At checkout you'll see our account details and the exact amount. Make the transfer, then enter the transaction reference from your receipt or SMS. We verify it and ship within 24 hours, and the status on your order page updates once confirmed.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, in the cities listed at checkout. Our courier will call before delivery. Please have the exact amount ready.
Why are prices different in USD and ETB?
We set local prices in birr for customers in Ethiopia and separate prices in US dollars for international orders, which include export handling.
Is the leather real?
Yes. We use genuine full-grain cowhide, sheepskin and lambskin. We never use bonded or synthetic leather.
How do I choose a jacket size?
Our jackets follow standard international sizing. If you're between sizes, size up for layering. Message us with your chest measurement and we'll help.
